July 6th 2009 (Bratislava, Slovakia) Tom Horn Enterprise, Inc. (THE) in cooperation with a Czech bookmaker, Chance, Inc. (Chance) are introducing advanced solution for numeric lottery games of new generation Korunka, Kostky and Poker.
This solution includes integration of drawing of lots of all three games into one software application, including the possibility to print the documentation required by representative of state regulator. Apart from a new graphic interface, this new application architecture will also significantly simplify the drawing of lots system, result of which is removal of all kinds of devices, including electromechanical. Deployment of this advanced system doubles the number of draws of numerical games every day, making numerical games more attractive for betting community. Mr. David Vozabal, Technical Director of Chance notes: “Except classic fixed odds bets for sports events, Chance now offers bets on numerical games, which are very popular among of our clients. Moreover, as we attempt to constantly innovate, we decided, as the first bookmaker in the Czech Republic, to implement electronic drawing. Game “Poker” has been drawn electronically since its market release in April 2008, game “Kostky” was transferred to an electronic drawing in February 2009, making addition of a third game “Korunky” to the triumvirate of electronically drawn games a logical step. While Poker and Kostky software was developed using our internal resources, for Korunky drawing we turned to specialists from Tom Horn Enterprise (“THE”), who integrated all three drawing applications into one, with the result being more than successful. One last interesting fact– two clients from Písek and Ostrava, Czech republic have already gotten lucky and surely cannot complain about their luck in electronic drawing – the lucky numbers in Korunka game brought them last week CZK 2 and 4 million respectively!”
THE, by means of cooperation with Chance as supplier of complex software, expands its area of activity to turn-key solution requiring regulatory certification. THE application has been successfully certified by Elektrotechnický zkušebný ústav s. p. (EZÚ), an organization in the Czech Republic specialized in provision of services associated with fulfillment of specific legal requirements of law and the state supervision.

6 Jul 2009 (Bratislava) Spoločnosť Tom Horn Enterprise, a.s. (THE) v spolupráci s českou stávkovou kanceláriou, Chance a. s. (Chance), prináša inovatívne riešenie číselných loterijných hier novej generácie Korunka, Kostky a Poker.
Riešenie zahŕňa integráciu žrebovania všetkých troch hier do jednej softwérovej aplikácie, a to vrátane tlače potrebných dokumentov pre zástupcu štátneho dozoru. Okrem nového grafického rozhrania nové riešenie aplikácií tiež výrazne uľahčí systém žrebovania , čoho dôsledkom je odstránenie použitia rôznych žrebovacích zariadení, vrátane elektromechanického. Nasadenie zdokonaleného systému umožnilo spoločnosti Chance zdvojnásobenie počtu ťahov číselných hier každým dňom a výrazné zatraktívnenie číselných hier pre stávkujúcich. David Vozábal, Technický riaditeľ Chance, k tomu dodáva: „Kromě klasických kurzových sázek na sportovní utkání nabízí společnost CHANCE také sázky na číselné hry, které jsou mezi našimi zákazníky velmi oblíbené. Jelikož se snažíme být neustále inovativní, rozhodli jsme jako první sázková kancelář v České republice zavést elektronické losování. Hra Poker byla losována elektronicky od samého uvedení na trh v dubnu 2008, hra Kostky přešla na elektronické losování v únoru 2009 a doplnění triptychu o elektronické losování Korunky bylo tedy logickým krokem.
